- Mediation and dispute resolution assistance to resolve complaints and disputes expeditiously, before they become chronic or get into the courts
- Investigating and managing complaints of inappropriate behaviour
- One-on-one coaching to encourage managers and employees to stamp out inappropriate behaviour and encourage respect in the workplace
- A Diversity Support Line to provide managers and employees with practical assistance on real life issues and concerns related to diversity in the workplace.
