Diversity Support Line

Diversity Council Australia has a new service designed to assist organisations in managing diversity issues. Our new Diversity Support Line can provide your managers and employees with practical assistance on real life issues and concerns related to diversity in the workplace.

The Support Line is designed to support and encourage a timely resolution of concerns in the interests of employee and organisational health. The Support Line provides:

  • Confidential, balanced advice to employees and managers about their concerns, where these concerns sit in terms of legislation and company policy, and how the organisation may support resolution.
  • Third party, independent reporting to your organisation on trends in diversity issues encountered.
  • Referral advice to employees if required.
  • Referral advice to the organisation if an inquiry or investigation is required.
