Downturn or about turn - is diversity at risk? DCA invites you to a briefing on the results of our survey

DCA recently invited members to participate in the Diversity in an Economic Downturn Survey sponsored by McDonald's. This survey aims to track the impact of the global financial crisis on the diversity agenda of organisations across Australia.

The results of the first phase of the research are now in and they give us a snapshot of where our member organisations are positioned in terms of the GFC and diversity.

In partnership with Telstra, DCA is pleased to invite members to a special briefing, via teleconference, to discuss the results of the research including:

  • the impact on diversity budgets, staffing and initiatives, both current and projected
  • impacts on particular diversity groups
  • gaps in organisations' diversity information
  • the next phase of research.
Importantly, we are also keen to hear your feedback about what organisations can do to ensure diversity is not at risk.

Spaces are strictly limited for this briefing, so don't miss out. Book now!

When: Monday 24 August 2009, 2.30-4.00pm

Where: Via teleconference

Cost: Free of charge for DCA members
