DCA's ASX Diversity Governance Network is open only to DCA members and is designed to help organisations preparing to meet the new ASX Council reporting guidelines on gender diversity.
This special bi-monthly network is a forum where practical information and advice will be exchanged in a supportive environment so that DCA member organisations have:
- The opportunity to share ideas relating to the new ASX requirements;
- A forum to discuss challenges and progress in responding to the requirements; and
- A way to share information that may inspire new strategies.
We are delighted that the meeting will have presentations from the following speakers on their organisations’ approaches to the ASX guidelines that are already being recognised as leading approaches:
- Trevor Childs, General Manager Employee Relations, Stockland
- Craig Leith, Senior Advisor Organisational Development and Strategy, BHP Billiton (BMA Coal).
