Increased market activity, talent shortages and proposed regulatory change will continue to challenge the effectiveness of the way workforce diversity is managed. As such, more organisations are becoming committed to a greater focus on more effectively managing, monitoring and reporting on the diversity of their workforce.
The DCA-Mercer Diversity & Inclusion Program is designed to provide practitioners and other diversity champions with the knowledge and skills to develop a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy.
Our presenter, Mary Martinéz, has more than 20 years’ experience in consulting to companies worldwide on diversity and has presented a similar workshop program to over 50 companies in the U.K. and north America. She has impressive knowledge and expertise and will provide attendees with a valuable global perspective, regardless of how developed their diversity programs may be.
The DCA-Mercer Diversity & Inclusion Program will enable attendees to:
- Understand the local and global context for diversity and inclusion efforts;
- Create a workable diversity strategy that’s linked directly to their organisation’s business strategy and goals;
- Drive sustainable change by incorporating diversity principles into people management practices; and
- Apply practical methods and tools for building and sustaining a diverse, inclusive workforce.
DCA’s CEO, Nareen Young, and Member Services Director, Katriina Tahka, will co-present with Mary and provide insight around leading practice and the regulatory environment in Australia.
