DCA's Gender Reporting Network is open exclusively to DCA members and is designed to assist them in their preparations to meet reporting guidelines on gender diversity and associated gender equity programs.

This network combines the work of DCA's ASX Diversity Governance Network and DCA's Workplace Gender Equality Network to create one key network for DCA members on all aspects of gender diversity, including EOWA and ASX reporting.

We are delighted that the upcoming Gender Reporting Network will feature presentations from the following speakers:

  • Kathy Finckh, Executive Manager Group Diversity and Catherine Paton, General Manager Group Culture and Diversity, will present on Commonwealth Bank of Australia's initiative, Opening the Door for Gender Diversity, which led to the Bank winning the 2012 Catalyst Award. Catalyst, the leading US-based women and business organisation, annually honours innovative organisational approaches with proven, measurable results that address the recruitment, development, and advancement of women.
  • Elizabeth Vazquez, CEO and Co-Founder of WEConnect International along with Sue Lawton, Director for Education & Innovation, will present on the work they are doing to empower women business owners to access equal opportunities to create prosperous women-owned companies.
  • Vanessa Paterson, Program & Reporting Manager, Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Agency (EOWA) will present an update on the progress of legislation for the EOWA reforms and explain the parliamentary process.
