Pride in Diversity is the first Australian non-for-profit employer support program to focus exclusively on supporting Australian Employers with every aspect of LGBT inclusion, set up as a partnership between DCA, ACON and Stonewall. Pride in Diversity is in the process of establishing an Australian Equality Index for LGBT for employers.

DCA benchmarks
In 2006, DCA surveyed its members to examine what actions were being taken to eliminate discrimination against lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender and intersex (LGBT) people, and provide an inclusive work environment.
The research reveals benchmarks in three key areas:
- Policies and practices
- Awareness
- Analysis.
