DCA is delighted to offer Perth based organisations the opportunity to participate in our Building Inclusion Knowledge Program which comprises our popular #WordsAtWork and Inclusive Leadership workshops.
DCA's Knowledge Programs are designed to assist organisations, especially their diversity and HR practitioners, senior business leaders and line managers, to build understanding and capability in various key diversity and inclusion areas. In small to medium sized groups, participants are given the opportunity to interact with the material and engage in discussion.
Participants can choose to attend sessions on either Wednesday or Thursday. The same program is presented on each day.
The sessions being offered at this special event include:
Wednesday 20 September OR Thursday 21 Septmber from 10am - 12noon (AWST)
Learn the power of inclusive language and how it can help generate an environment where a diverse workforce feels valued and respected and confident to contribute. This interactive and evidence based session utilises DCA’s latest research findings across Age, Cultural, Disability, Gender, Indigenous and LGBTi+ diversity dimensions and equips participants with the skills, knowledge and resources to be more inclusive at work and beyond.
