This Diversity Leadership Program event presents an update to members in Perth on DCA's latest research

DCA and the University of Sydney Business School have worked together on a set of guidelines to help measure, monitor and report on cultural diversity at the workplace level, launched in Sept 2019.

Lisa Annese will outline Counting Culture’s guide for measuring cultural diversity to harness the benefits that flow from cultural diversity in the workplace, and share the latest on a national project creating an evidence-based nationally standardised approach for defining, measuring, and reporting on cultural diversity in the workforce

 

Who should attend

All DCA members. As a part of our commitment to gender balance at DCA events, we particularly encourage male representatives to attend this event alongside their female and gender diverse colleagues. We also recommend encouraging those in senior leadership roles to attend this particular event. Attendance at DCA events is free for all member employees and a significant benefit of membership that we urge you to maximise.
