Time: 10:00am to 11:30am AWST

Venue:
Aurecon, Level 5, 863 Hay Street, Perth

We are pleased to invite Perth-based members to join our CEO Lisa Annese for a special member briefing on our latest D&I research on Inclusion@Work Index and Counting Culture.

Presented by DCA CEO Lisa Annese at Aurecon this event is also a chance for Perth members to network and connect.

This research update will focus on two key areas, Inclusion @ Work Index and Counting Culture:

  • DCA-Suncorp Inclusion@Work Index – The 2019-2020 Index found that inclusion at work does matter to Australian workers, benefits everyone (not just people from target or minority groups), and boosts employee performance and well-being. But it also found that some groups experience much less inclusion and more exclusion than their colleagues.
  • Counting Culture – This new guide provides valuable information on how an organisation can map the cultural diversity of its workforce in a way that is respectful, accurate, inclusive, and well suited to the multiculturalism of Australian businesses.
