Webinar on responding to COVID-19: Making flex work for you and your organisation

25 Mar 2020

Online

DCA outlines how to make flex work for you and your organisation in the face of COVID-19.

As organisations grapple with the COVID-19 outbreak, many are looking at how they can best respond to ensure business continuity as well as the safety of their staff and clients. The current environment has in fact created a critical need to move quickly on flex, including facilitating working from home and potentially reduced hours.

DCA has a range of resources to assist members to embed and support flexible working and adopt a Future-Flex approach to mainstreaming flexible working by team design.

At a special Webinar for members, Lisa Annese, DCA's CEO, Dr Jane O'Leary, DCA's Research Director and Mariam Veiszadeh, Members and Advisory Director discuss how to make flex work for you and your organisation including:

  • The COVID-19 context
  • Tools to facilitate working from home
  • Future-Flex guiding principles
  • How to adopt a Future-Flex approach, including the 5 defining characteristics.

Participation in DCA events is free for all member employees and a significant benefit of membership that we urge you to maximise.
