Capitalising on culture and gender in ASX Leadership Launch

23 Mar 2017

In the week celebrating Harmony Day, DCA is delighted to bring you our next Building Cultural Capability Network event where we will investigate how well companies are capitalising on culture and gender in their leadership ranks.

Drawing on DCA’s new research, undertaken in conjunction with Deakin University and supported by CPA Australia, we will investigate trends in ASX listed companies and hear from organisations that are working to better capitalise on gender and culture.

DCA’s Research Director, Dr Jane O’Leary, will outline the research findings and we will also hear from:

  • Alec Bashinsky, National Partner, People & Performance, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu
  • Tharani Jegatheeswaran, Partner, Social Impact Consulting, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu
  • Tricia Ho-Hudson, Head of Capital and Regulatory Strategy, Commonwealth Bank Australia.

DCA's Building Cultural Capability Network, proudly sponsored by Deloitte, is exclusively available to members.  It provides an opportunity to share insights and challenges on building greater organisational cultural capability.

The rest of this content is restricted to DCA members.
