In the week celebrating Harmony Day, DCA is delighted to bring our members the next Building Cultural Capability Network event investigating how well companies are capitalising on culturally diverse female talent. in their leadership ranks.

Drawing on DCA’s new research, undertaken in conjunction with Deakin University and supported by CPA Australia, we will investigate trends in ASX listed companies and hear from organisations that are working to better capitalise on gender and culture.

DCA’s Research Director, Dr Jane O’Leary, will outline the research findings and we will also here from:

  1. Alec Bashinsky, National Partner, People & Performance, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu
  2. Tharani Jegatheeswaran, Partner, Social Impact Consulting, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu
  3. Tricia Ho-Hudson, Head of Capital and Regulatory Strategy, Commonwealth Bank Australia

DCA's Building Cultural Capability Network is exclusively available to members.  It provides an opportunity to share insights and challenges on building greater organisational cultural capability.

A recording of this event and a transcript will be available in the members only area of our website in the weeks following the event.
