The Federal Government is conducting a Senate Committee review into the effectiveness of the Sex Discrimination Act (1984) in eliminating discrimination and promoting gender equality.

DCA developed a position paper on the SDA, based on our experience of assisting employers to progress the status of women and meet their legislative requirements under this and other related legislation, and on our members' current views.
