This in-person event in Perth is limited to 45 organisations, represented by their Member Key Contact. It’s a unique opportunity to harness the collective strengths of your DCA member community and tap into the experience and expertise of other D&I practitioners.

Key Contacts of our member organisations represent a broad range of industry sectors, with each encountering distinct challenges on the journey towards achieving D&I success.

The objective of this event is to foster community and build collaboration between DCA peers. Run in a workshop-style format, it encourages meaningful connections, enabling participants to build relationships, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and deepen the connection to the DCA team. 

Members will participate in interactive sessions led by DCA facilitators with session topics including:

• The DCA’s membership offerings including education programs, research projects and events

• peer discussions of D&I initiatives, challenges, roadblocks and wins, and

• peer networking to connect and support our member community of D&I practitioners.

The event also offers further networking and a light lunch at the conclusion of the session.
