Purpose
At Diversity Council Australia (DCA), we maintain community guidelines to ensure our social media channels are respectful, safe, and inclusive spaces that reflect our organisational values. These guidelines are designed to foster constructive and informed conversations, especially around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
They align with DCA’s values of:
- Inclusion
- Fortitude
- Growth mindset
- Excellence
- Collaboration
We believe in open dialogue and the power of shared learning. Constructive debate should respect people’s lived experiences and uphold the dignity of all participants. Harmful, discriminatory, or abusive content is not tolerated under any circumstances.
Please note: while DCA moderates its platforms, we are not responsible for the views expressed by others.
These guidelines are informed by The Guardian’s Community Standards and adapted for DCA’s unique context and values.
