With member discounts available and affordable pricing for non-members, the program can be purchased via SCORM 1.2 packages for use within your learning management system or accessed via DCA’s online learning platform Acorn.
Grounded in DCA’s industry expertise and evidence-based research, D&I 101 guides learners through key diversity and inclusion concepts with relatable content and practical actions for fostering workplace inclusion.
With society evolving at a rapid rate, and D&I a major focus of the global business community, leading organisations understand that diverse and inclusive workplaces are safer, fairer, more respectful, and overall, better places to work.
Developed as a learning method for effectively embedding D&I basics across the workforce, our eLearning program works to underpin D&I goals, enabling your organisation to reap the well-known business and employee benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Who should participate:
This program is designed for groups of employees of DCA member and non-member organisations of all organisational levels and industry sectors. It is ideal for introducing new starters to your organisation’s D&I priorities; and for reinforcing D&I fundamentals with existing teams.

On completion of four interactive 10-minute modules learners will:
- Master the definition of diversity and inclusion (known as D&I) and its evidence-based benefits
- Recognise the different dimensions of diversity, intersectionality and identities in the workplace
- Understand the barriers to inclusion, the power of inclusive language, and fostering safer, fairer, more respectful workplaces.
