Annual membership fees are dependent on the size (number of employees) of your organisation and include access for every employee.  Annual membership fees (in Australian dollars) are:

  • Tier 1:   1-299    $1,615 + $161 GST = $1,776 incl. GST
  • Tier 2:   300-599     $2,691 + $269 GST = $2,960 incl. GST
  • Tier 3:   600-1199     $4,629 + $463 GST = $5,092 incl. GST
  • Tier 4:   1200-2999     $6,351 + $635 GST = $6,987 incl. GST
  • Tier 5:   3000+ employees     $9,905 + $990 GST = $10,895 incl. GST

These amounts are effective from 1 March 2019 and include an administration fee of $220 (incl. GST).  Membership fees are non-refundable.

Membership is available to organisations, and all their employees are eligible to access member benefits. If you are interested in becoming a member, please visit the Why join DCA page of our website or contact our office via email on Admin@dca.org.au or call us on (02) 8014 4300.

Special membership fees

Not-for profit/charitable organisations may be eligible for a 50% discount on membership fees if they are registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.

A separate membership category exists for organisations primarily involved in consultancy in the diversity and inclusion field. The annual membership fee for this category is $5,000 incl GST and has been set with regard to the value of DCA’s knowledge base and research and the potential use of both for commercial gain and business development purposes.

Where the member organisation is a large parent company for diverse business operations across different industries, it is not intended that the parent company shares their exclusive membership entitlements with a large number of business entities.

DCA’s policy is that only member organisations' employees are eligible to access member benefits. This may not suit organisations that are themselves member or volunteer based. In this case, a special membership fee may apply.

Please call us on (02) 8014 4300 to discuss the most appropriate membership arrangement if you believe any of these may apply to your organisation.
