The following business is to be conducted at the meeting:

Confirmation of the 2025 Annual General Meeting Minutes;

Consideration of DCA’s Annual Report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the reports by directors and auditor therein;

The declaration of the results of the election of directors conducted by written ballot; and

General: To transact any business which may be lawfully brought forward.
