DCA recently launched new findings on the role of workplace inclusion in ensuring that work has a positive impact on workers’ mental health and workplace mental health safety.

As a part of DCA's Inclusion@Work Index, our aim was to understand Australian workers’ experiences of mental health at work, why mental health is such a critical issue for organisations, and how workplace inclusion and exclusion can affect mental health.

Join DCA in Brisbane for a special in-person presentation of this latest research on the state of inclusion and mental health in the workforce.

The event will be emceed by DCA’s CEO Lisa Annese and guest speakers will include:

  1. Dr Jane O'Leary, Report co-author and DCA’s Research Director,

  2. Tracey Lake, Chief People Officer, Great Southern Bank. and

  3. Rona McLean-Carmody, Chief Operating Officer, Alya Care.
