March 21 marks the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. As we approach this significant day, DCA invites you to join us for a special fireside chat with Giridharan Sivaraman (he/him), Race Discrimination Commissioner, Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC). 

DCA CEO Catherine Hunter will talk to the Commissioner about what racial equity and inclusion should look like in Australian workplaces, in order to lead anti-racism efforts nationwide. 

Commissioner Sivaraman will outline the AHRC’s National Anti-Racism Framework which is an important roadmap for government, corporate and civil society to address rising concerns about racism. He will also share his views on the practical actions that leaders and workplaces can take to advance anti-racism efforts in Australian workplaces.
