In 2022 DCA and consortium partners Settlement Services International (SSI) and Chief Executive Women (CEW) collaborated to launch the RISE Project – Realise. Inspire. Support. Energise. Working with 25 organisations across Australia over three years, the project implemented organisational change and interventions to help address systemic and organisational barriers and progress culturally and racially marginalised CARM women to leadership positions. 

At this DCA webinar we will reflect on the lessons from the project, introduce the RISE organisational diagnostic tool, and discuss the systemic barriers around gendered racism in the workplace.
