The power of psychosocial safety at work

May 26 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm AEST

Free - $200.00
Text: D&I Insights

Psychosocial safety sits at the heart of employee wellbeing and is deeply connected to the kind of inclusive cultures many organisations are striving to build.

This D&I Insights forum will explore how psychosocial hazards – including bias, discrimination and harassment – affect mental health, psychological safety and overall workplace wellbeing.

The session will examine the crucial role organisations play in preventing harm, fostering inclusion and building environments where all people feel safe, supported and able to contribute fully.

DCA Deputy Chair, Chris Lamb (he/him), who is a multi-disciplinary Executive, Board Director, D&I champion and Psychotherapist, will be joined by guest contributors:

  • Dianah Brown (she/her), Director, Psychosocial Policy at Safe Work Australia

  • Fay Calderone (she/her), Partner at Hall & Wilcox

  • Prabha Nandagopal (she/her), Founder of Elevate Consulting Partners

Who should attend: Chief People Officers and HR Directors, D&I and HR managers and practitioners, people leaders, workplace health and safety professionals, and any colleagues/team members in your organisation wanting to build their D&I knowledge.
