It's thrown around and it's bandied about… but what really is Inclusive Leadership Capability?
Inclusive Leadership Capability refers to the mindsets, knowledge, skills, and behaviours that leaders possess which make their organisations inclusive.
Inclusive workplaces are those where a diversity of people feel valued and respected, have access to opportunities and resources, and can contribute their perspectives and talents to improve their organisation.
