Inclusive Leadership Capability refers to the mindsets, knowledge, skills, and behaviours that leaders possess which make their organisations inclusive.

Inclusive workplaces are those where a diversity of people feel valued and respected, have access to opportunities and resources, and can contribute their perspectives and talents to improve their organisation.
