The discussion reinforced that addressing today’s leadership challenges – from AI and productivity to workforce expectations, psychological safety and organisational performance – will require thoughtful and intentional leadership now and for the next generation of workers. Themes that emerged included the importance of connecting diversity and inclusion to business performance, and that inclusion helps reduce organisational risk.
