We're working on a project to address the systemic barriers restricting Culturally and Racially Marginalised (CARM) women from entering leadership roles in Australian organisations.
We need your project management skills to make sure it runs smoothly. As a subject matter expert, you will also contribute to the research.
This is a flexible full-time role which means you can work from home or come into one of our vibrant CBD co-working spaces in Sydney or Melbourne.
Women from culturally and racially marginalised backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. Lived experiences of race-based discrimination are also relevant to this role.

If you don’t tick every box in these ads, please don’t rule yourself out. Research suggests that women and other people in underrepresented groups tend to only apply if they meet every requirement. We focus on hiring people who share our values of inclusion, collaboration, adaptability, courage and integrity, rather than ticking boxes – so if this role resonates with you, please apply.
In your application, please let us know if you require any adjustments to the interview process and we will happily make any reasonable accommodations to ensure equity for all our applicants.
