Inclusion at Work Week

Mark your calendar – this year’s Inclusion at Work Week will take place from 17 to 21 November, 2025!

DCA’s Inclusion at Work Week is an annual, week-long national celebration of diversity and inclusion in Australian workplaces. With all the evidence on how Inclusion@Work benefits employee health and wellbeing, innovation, and organisational performance – what’s not to celebrate?

This year’s celebration is especially significant as Diversity Council Australia marks 40 years of evidence-based advocacy and action on workplace inclusion. It’s a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come, and to re-energise for the work ahead — because inclusion isn’t just a value we hold, it’s key to innovation, productivity and wellbeing.

Organisations can get involved by sharing why D&I is important to them, showcasing their inspiring work and achievements, and sharing tips, advice and success stories with others. Last year, over 500 organisations across Australia took part in this week-long celebration, sharing goals, wins and perspectives on why inclusion at work is important to them, and essential for organisational success.

At the start of the week we’ll announce DCA’s Inclusive Employers 2025-2026 and throughout the week, organisations can take part in open DCA Knowledge Programs (limited bookings), explore the 2025 Inclusive Teams Toolkit, and participate in our national social media campaign. We will also be releasing DCA’s 2026 D&I Day Calendar at the end of the week.

Information on the how to register and take part this year’s Inclusion at Work Week will be released in mid-September 2025. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for the latest news and updates.
