Inclusive Employers: Current and Past

Organisations that participate in the Inclusive Employer Index, if deemed eligible, are able to show their commitment to diversity and inclusion by displaying the Inclusive Employer logo.

To be deemed eligible as an Inclusive Employer, participating organisations must show that they are active and committed to inclusion by achieving results that exceed the National Index Benchmark on at least five out of six of the following measures:

(i) Awareness; (ii) Engagement; (iii) Inclusive Organisational Climate; (iv) Inclusive Leadership; (v) Inclusive Team; (vi) Exclusion.

The Inclusive Employer logo covers a period of 24 months. Our current Inclusive Employers are those who participated and met the criteria in 2021 (Inclusive Employers 2021-2022) and those who participated and met the criteria in 2022 (Inclusive Employers 2022-2023).
