Join us for our next Case Study Conversation, where we’ll explore a standout example of leading practice: how Telstra is leveraging innovative communication strategies to embed meaningful D&I change and improve their organisations’ racial literacy.

DCA’s Education Director, Sheetal Deo (she/her), will host the conversation with Stephanie Lamb (she/her), Senior Specialist in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Telstra and the lead for Telstra’s ethnicity and race, equity and inclusion work, alongside Bree Day (she/her), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead at Telstra.

 

Discover how Telstra have built a communication strategy that fosters racial literacy and engages diverse stakeholders to achieve positive change, including how they:

– planned their engagement from a group level, across their international businesses 

– took a strong intersectional approach to their communications 

– strengthened workplace inclusion and equity for everyone

– embraced the diverse needs of their customers

– worked to centre the voices of marginalised groups

– introduced language around topics such as race and marginalisation to foster organisation-wide understanding.
