Free - $85.00In times of uncertainty, the way we communicate about diversity and inclusion matters more than ever.
Join DCA CEO Catherine Hunter (she/her) for an engaging and timely session that explores how organisations can uphold their D&I values, maintain trust, and foster belonging – even when navigating complex or challenging environments.
This event will provide practical tools, real-world insights, and thoughtful strategies to help leaders and teams communicate with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Whether you’re shaping internal messaging, supporting employee wellbeing, or guiding your organisation through change, this conversation will equip you to lead with intention and resilience.
Our guest speaker Gemma Pitcher (she/her), Associate at Common Cause Australia is an accomplished communications and messaging consultant who will share insights on how to use the power of values and frames to motivate change.
Following the presentation, Bedi Othow (she/her), a champion for inclusion and equity in the workplace, will join Catherine Hunter (she/her), CEO at DCA, to unpack practical strategies and takeaways to help leaders and teams communicate with purpose and to ensure their people feel seen, heard and included during organisational shifts or challenging external environments.
Who should attend: Chief Diversity Officers, Chief People Officers, and HR Directors; D&I and HR managers and practitioners; Employee Resource Groups and D&I Champions; people leaders; and any colleagues or team members in your organisation wanting to build their D&I knowledge.
