As we approach this significant day, DCA invites you to join us for a special fireside chat with Giridharan Sivaraman (he/him), Race Discrimination Commissioner, Australian Human Rights Commission (AHRC).
DCA CEO, Catherine Hunter (she/her), will join Commissioner Sivaraman to discuss the current state of racial equity and inclusion in Australian workplaces, the impact of current societal events, and the positive actions workplaces can take to address anti-racism efforts nationwide.
Commissioner Sivaraman will also outline the AHRC’s National Anti-Racism Framework – a critical roadmap for government, corporate Australia and civil society to address rising concerns about racism. He will share his insights on practical, effective steps leaders and workplaces can take to advance anti-racism and foster safer, more inclusive workplaces.
