DCA invites all of our Perth-based Key Contacts to attend our next in-person member event.

DCA members come from a wide range of sectors, each navigating their own contexts, challenges and opportunities in diversity and inclusion work. With increasing complexity and scrutiny across organisations, inclusion is no longer optional – it plays a critical role in business performance, risk management and building trust with our people.

This forum is designed to foster connection and collaboration to support purposeful discussion, shared learning and deeper engagement with both your peers and the DCA team. It is a great opportunity to connect with other D&I practitioners, compare notes on what’s happening in your organisations, and learn from the collective experience of the DCA member community.

This event includes sessions focusing on:

• current and emerging trends

• showcasing organisations D&I practices

• discussing D&I initiatives, challenges, roadblocks and wins with peers

• dedicated time for networking and connection with other D&I practitioners.

This invite-only event will conclude with networking and catering.

Who should attend: Key Contacts responsible for their organisation’s DCA membership, or a nominated delegate.

Places are limited to one representative per organisation. We encourage you to register early. Once capacity is reached, you may join the waitlist and we will be in touch if a place becomes available.
