The following business is to be conducted at the meeting:
1. Confirmation of the 2024 Annual General Meeting Minutes;
2. Consideration of DCA’s Annual Report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the reports by directors and auditor therein;
3. The declaration of the results of the election of directors conducted by written ballot; and
4. General: To transact any business which may be lawfully brought forward.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Accessible entrance is at 672 Bourke Street, providing a level path of entry into the building. Proceed to the lifts, take it to level 2.
