The following business is to be conducted at the meeting:
1. Confirmation of the 2024 Annual General Meeting Minutes;
2. Consideration of DCA’s Annual Report and the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the reports by directors and auditor therein;
3. The declaration of the results of the election of directors conducted by written ballot; and
4. General: To transact any business which may be lawfully brought forward.
ACCESSIBILITY:
Accessible entrance is via the front main door at Customs House 31, Alfred St, Sydney. Proceed to the lifts at the back of the room on the ground floor, take it to The Hub floor 3.
