Diversity Council Australia Welcomes Directors to its Board

Diversity Council Australia announces the outcome of director elections at its Annual General Meeting. It’s members have elected Peter Chun, CEO of UniSuper, as a Director of its Board, Elizabeth Hristoforidis, Director at Ashurst Risk Consulting, as a returning Director and re-elected Abbie Wright, Senior Specialist Diversity and Inclusion at Arup, as a Director.

Ming Long AM, DCA Board Chair, said Peter, Elizabeth and Abbie were well-known and respected leaders in Australia’s business community with decades of business experience.

“We are delighted to welcome Peter as a new Director of the Board, Elizabeth as a returning Director and Abbie as a re-elected Director,” Ms Long said.

“Their significant experience in various organisations and industries will be invaluable to our Board as we continue to support Australian employers and organisations to create diverse and inclusive workplaces.”

Lisa Annese, DCA CEO, said Peter and Elizabeth offer extensive experience across various business areas, having served in numerous management, executive and non-executive positions.

“I am pleased to welcome Peter to our organisation, Elizabeth as a returning Director and Abbie as re-elected Director,” Ms Annese said.

“I look forward to working with them as DCA continues to grow its membership and influence in supporting the business community.”

Ms Long and Ms Annese thanked outgoing Director Tanya Ha for her dedication and services to the organisation.
