DCA’s CEO Roundtable Sydney Lunch was an exclusive event that brought together select leaders from our member organisations.
Discussion centred around diversity & Inclusion in the workplace with key priority area being focussed on covering gender equality, disability, First Nations reconciliation and building greater capability amongst leaders.
Lisa Annese, DCA’s CEO, shared the work that DCA is doing on social class, inclusive recruitment, building inclusion at work, using a theory of change to execute diversity strategies and on how to engage men on gender equality.
