Catherine Hunter steps down as CEO of Diversity Council Australia

Diversity Council Australia (DCA) today announced that Catherine Hunter has resigned as Chief Executive Officer.

The DCA Board thanks Catherine for her contribution, leadership of DCA and the support she has given our members. Catherine has played a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation, building capability, and leading our new strategic direction as DCA heads into our fifth decade as the nation’s leading independent peak body for diversity and inclusion.

The Board wishes her every success in the future.

Until a new CEO is appointed, Catherine Petterson, Operations Director at DCA will lead the team with support from DCA Board Director Ian Goshko, who brings deep people and culture expertise from his most recent role as Group General Manager – People, Culture and Capability at Telstra.

DCA remains as committed as ever to its mission of helping Australian organisations build workplaces where everyone can contribute and thrive. That work continues whilst a CEO search is underway.
