DCA’s CEO Roundtables is an exclusive event that brings together industry leaders to discuss a shared vision to help build a more inclusive world and enhance diversity and inclusion across all sectors.
At this roundtable, DCA’s CEO, Catherine Hunter (she/her) and DCA Chair, Sunita Gloster AM (she/her), facilitated a dynamic lunchtime conversation exploring a wide range of topics from the need for strong role modelling by leaders, as well as metrics and KPI’s to drive accountability, skills shortages in the tech sector and the opportunity to address these through diversity efforts, speaking the language of business to create a ‘burning platform’ and how can we engage a broader group in the conversation so that we build allyship and influence.
The roundtable provided an opportunity to share insights and experiences, reinforcing the importance of intentional and values-driven leadership in driving inclusive workplace practices. The conversation also touched on broader themes such as social class inclusion, inclusive recruitment, AI in hiring and flexibility at work.
