They discussed the impact of recent societal events, and the positive actions workplaces can take to strengthen anti‑racism efforts nationwide.
Commissioner Sivaraman outlined the AHRC’s National Anti‑Racism Framework – a critical roadmap for government, corporate Australia and civil society to address rising concerns about racism. He shared insights on practical, effective steps leaders and workplaces can take to advance anti‑racism and foster safer, more inclusive workplaces.
