DCA’s Knowledge Programs are facilitated sessions aimed at increasing employee knowledge, skills and awareness of a range of diversity and inclusion topics. The programs are grounded in the latest DCA and industry research and delivered by experienced facilitators.

Inclusive Leadership Skills to build and support inclusion for multicultural and multifaith teams
This program looks to build cultural intelligence leadership capabilities, highlight ways in which leaders can put cultural intelligence into action across their teams and organisation, and discusses how leaders can support multifaith inclusion through reasonable adjustments
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

Outline the business case for cultural intelligence and how to foster psychological and cultural safety, employee wellbeing, performance, productivity, and innovation across teams with people from diverse cultures and faiths.

Recognise how our identity, bias and privilege influence our leadership style, behaviours, communication, and decision making.

Apply culturally intelligence and inclusive leadership practices to communicate effectively across cultures, support cultural adaptation, and foster trust, belonging, and team collaboration.

Respond skilfully to cultural difference, faith-based reasonable adjustments and use evidence-informed strategies to navigate difficult and polarising conversations.
