Reframing approaches to gender equality using the evidence
August 13 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm AEST
At this next Gender Equality Insights, we will reveal why organisations need to rethink their approach to gender equality and leadership—based on evidence, not assumptions.
We’ll unpack what works and what to avoid, including:
-
Representation ≠ equity – it’s more than numbers.
-
Stop “fixing women” – fix systems instead.
-
Be realistic – don’t overestimate progress.
-
Women aren’t one group – focus on those most marginalised.
