Targeting the “moveable middle” for more successful D&I change (Online)
March 3 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm AEDT
FreePlan International Australia’s Gender Compass is a first-of-its-kind research project which segments the broader Australian public into six groups based on their beliefs, views and behaviours around gender equality.
In the lead up to International Women’s Day (IWD), DCA invites you to join Hayley Cull (she/her), Deputy CEO, Engagement at Plan International Australia who will share insights on why a more targeted approach of engaging the “moveable middle” is key to driving gender equality.
A KPMG representative will then share how they are implementing a similar approach within their organisation, what results they are having and the challenges and successes along the way.
Who are the “moveable middle”? They are people who are open to new perspectives and, with the right approach, can be encouraged to support action for gender equality. With guidance, they can become strong advocates for equality of all genders.
Who should attend: Chief Diversity Officers, Chief People Officers and HR Directors; D&I and HR managers and practitioners, Employee Resource Groups and D&I Champions; people leaders; and any colleagues/team members in your organisation wanting to build their D&I knowledge.
