As each of DCA’s Inclusion@Work Index reports have demonstrated, inclusion is much more than a “feel good” exercise – it creates a better work environment that boosts employee wellbeing, fuels performance and minimises risk. And yet many people are locked out of workplaces or aren’t given the opportunity to fully contribute their skills and talents.
At our next D&I Insights forum, hosted by DCA major partner Gilbert + Tobin, we will explore how workplaces can harness inclusion for the benefit of all.
