Key themes emerging from the discussion included: business obligations regarding psychosocial hazard legislation, rapid pace of change in organisations and increasing demands on CPO, AI and related training of people in workplaces as well as managing risks and potential for job losses, Inclusion KPIs for leaders, challenges in influencing Boards to prioritise D&I, increasing external vs internal focus of CPO role, how to juggle the many training needs of organisations and how to position D&I as important and beneficial to all, rather than one particular group.
