As DCA marks its 40th year, we remain focused on dismantling systemic barriers to inclusion. Our upcoming research on class inclusion will equip workplaces with new knowledge and practical resources to ensure everyone – regardless of background – has the opportunity to contribute and succeed.
We’re delighted that DCA’s Patron, Her Excellency the Honourable Ms Sam Mostyn AC, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, will deliver this year’s Oration, sharing reflections from her first year in Office, including meeting, listening and learning from people in communities across Australia.

Format: Networking, canapes and 2-course lunch with Oration followed by a guest panel discussion.
