Today’s young LGBTQ+ professionals say they want to work for companies that publicly and consistently support inclusion, not just internally, but publicly.
They want to see out LGBTQ+ leaders in senior roles—and if they don’t they may quit and go elsewhere. And not surprisingly, being able to bring one’s authentic self to work is a top factor in career satisfaction.
At DCA’s next D&I insights sponsored by HSBC Bank Australia we talk to Pride in Diversity and industry leaders to ask how Australian companies build inclusive workplaces that attract, retain and support LGBTQ+ talent.
We also unpack the intersection of identity, leadership, and purpose in the modern workforce.
