The Inclusive Employer Index is a leading, evidence-based tool designed to assist organisations in mapping, measuring, and benchmarking their diversity and inclusion (D&I) performance.
By participating, organisations gain valuable insights into their current D&I landscape, enabling them to identify strengths and areas for improvement. This informed approach supports the ongoing development and enhancement of effective diversity and inclusion strategies.
DCA’s Head of Research, Dr Rose D’Almada-Remedios (she/her), and our Index platform partner, Cultural Infusion, provided demonstrations and outlined the key components of the Index, including:
