DCA’s next Member Key Contact Community Forum will be held in-person in Melbourne.
The Key Contacts of our member organisations represent a broad range of industry sectors, with each encountering distinct challenges on the journey towards achieving D&I success. To harness the collective strengths of this extensive community and tap into the experiences and expertise of D&I practitioners, we have developed this unique event format to foster community building and collaboration between DCA peers.
The event will be hosted by BHP and will serve as a valuable platform for Key Contacts to build relationships, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and deepen the connection to the DCA Team while gaining a better understanding of the wide-ranging membership benefits available to you.

Members will participate in interactive sessions led by DCA facilitators and planned session topics include:
- DCA’s membership benefits, education offerings and research updates
- peer discussions of D&I initiatives, challenges, roadblocks and wins
- peer networking to connect our community of D&I practitioners.
The event will include morning tea and a light lunch.
