As Australia's flexible working experts, DCA has developed a new eLearning program to enable organisations to mainstream flexibility and understand leading practice on healthy and safe remote-working environments for organisations and employees.

Designed to be accessed by learners at their own pace, and at a time to suit, Flex 101 is a cost-effective and convenient way to embed the fundamentals of flexible working across your organisation, for the present and future 'new normal' work environment.

3. Speakers bureau

DCA’s senior leadership team, board members and advisors are highly regarded speakers and panellists both within Australia and internationally on a broad range of D&I issues.

Our speakers regularly appear at both member events and also public forums and engagements, providing key insights and expert opinions on all key diversity areas.
