Experienced DCA Facilitators can deliver these programs face-to-face or online.

- Inclusion 101– Understanding workplace diversity, inclusion, and unconscious bias
- Unconscious Bias – Understanding unconscious bias and how to counter it
- #WordsAtWork – Building inclusion through the power of language.
2. eLearning
Designed to be accessed by learners at their own pace, and at a time to suit, DCA's eLearning programs are a convenient way to embed D&I knowledge across your organisation.
With member discounts available and affordable pricing for non-members, our programs can be purchased for use within your own Learning Management System (LMS) or accessed via our preferred online learning provider Go1.
3. Speakers bureau
DCA’s senior leadership team, board members and advisors are highly regarded speakers and panellists both within Australia and internationally on a broad range of D&I issues.
Our speakers regularly appear at both member events and also public forums and engagements, providing key insights and expert opinions on all key diversity areas.
