Like many businesses, the team at DCA has been impacted by the evolving Covid-19 situation.
In particular, this has affected our current ability to deliver training and workshops to DCA members.
At this stage, we do not have the capacity to accept General and Specialised Knowledge Program bookings.
However, we can still deliver the Fundamentals programs including:
- Unconscious Bias Unplugged
- Diversity and Inclusion 101
- Hybrid: Inclusion 101
Please be patient with any delays, and we hope to be able to resume full services shortly.
Thanks, the DCA Team.

D&I 101 - Engaging Your Workforce, Activating Your Organisation
Designed to support you and your team to understand workplace diversity and inclusion and the acknowledged business, individual and team benefits.
Unconscious Bias Unplugged
Designed to debunk the myths around unconscious bias and to help you better understand what can be done in a workplace to ensure that biases (conscious or unconscious) are neutralised.
Inclusive Leadership - What is it and why does it matter?
Understand the true benefits of inclusive leadership and gain the know-how to fully grasp the opportunities it presents. This knowledge program is designed to enable management to leverage the attributes and talents that diversity brings to an organisation.
Language is a powerful tool for building inclusion or exclusion at work. Language can allow people to feel valued, respected and one of the team (included) or under-valued, disrespected and an “outsider” (excluded).
Out at Work
We asked over 1600 LGBTIQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer and other terms that people identify with) workers about their experiences and how important it is for Australian organisations to continue to build greater inclusion of LGBTIQ+ people and have developed recommendations on creating safe, welcoming environments where everyone is able to contribute and do their best work.
There is heightened interest in engaging men in the gender equality change process. This new program will look at ways organisations can engage men effectively to achieve gender equality at work.
Cracking the Glass-Cultural Ceiling
Very few culturally diverse females reach top leadership positions in Australia. What can organisations do to better recognise the skill and ambition of culturally diverse female talent?
Learn how to integrate flexible working into standard business practice and to finally mainstream flexibility in your workplace.
At DCA we know that one size does not fit all - so we're offering the option to combine any two of our cutting-edge programs using guidance from a Facilitator.
For your reference a single page summary of our current knowledge programs is also available.
DCA also offers strategic advice and consulting to meet individual organisational needs.
All of DCA's knowledge programs are delivered by expert diversity and inclusion trainers and can also be tailored to the needs of your organisation. Please contact us on email@example.com for further information.
